3. Booking and Payment Terms

• Estimates: Any estimate provided by the Company is non-binding and subject to change based on actual services rendered.
• Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure a booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the Agreement.
• Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit cards, or checks.
• Additional Charges: Extra fees may apply for unexpected circumstances, including delays, heavy lifting, or additional packing materials.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Notice: Customers must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.
• Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable unless the Company fails to fulfill its obligations.
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests will be accommodated where possible but are subject to availability.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: The Customer must provide accurate details about the items to be moved, the destination, and any special requirements.
• Packing: Unless packing services are purchased, the Customer is responsible for ensuring items are securely packed.
• Accessibility: The Customer must ensure access to the premises for loading and unloading.
• Prohibited Items: Customers must not include hazardous materials, perishable goods, or illegal items in the move.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Damage to Items: The Company is not responsible for items damaged due to improper packing by the Customer or pre-existing conditions.
• Delays: The Company is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Storage Liability: Items stored with the Company are covered under agreed-upon insurance terms. Customers are encouraged to review these terms.
• Insurance: Additional insurance coverage can be purchased to cover the full value of items.

7. Storage Terms

• Duration: Storage agreements must specify the duration of storage and applicable charges.
• Access: Customers may access stored items by appointment.
• Abandoned Items: Items left unpaid for or unclaimed after a specified period may be deemed abandoned and disposed of by the Company.

8. Claims and Disputes

• Reporting Damage: Customers must report any loss or damage within 48 hours of the move.
• Resolution: The Company will investigate claims and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
• Arbitration: Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Florida.
